No, we don’t provide alcohol. Clients supply their own alcohol, and our bartenders handle the setup, service, garnishes, and mocktails to create a seamless experience.

A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and remove it from availability. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer is received, and it will be applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due prior to your event date as outlined in your invoice.

Our services start at $900–$1,000, depending on your event details, guest count, and travel distance. Once you submit the booking form, we will review your information and provide a custom quote tailored specifically to your event.

We are based out of Crawfordville GA and travel up to a 2 hour radius for events. A mileage fee may apply depending on distance.

Cancellations

• 30+ days before the event: The retainer is non-refundable. Any additional payments made may be refunded at our discretion.

• 14–29 days before the event: 50% of the remaining balance will be due.

• 0–13 days before the event: The full remaining balance is due. No refunds will be issued.

  Rescheduling Policy

  • One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 14 days’ notice

  • The new event date must be within 90 days of the original date and is subject to availability

  • The retainer will be transferred to the rescheduled date

  • Any additional changes will require a new booking and retainer
